Built as the first true racing flat within the Altra lineup, the Vanish-R provides a responsive, low-to-the-ground design ideal for 5k to 10k racing.
Stripped down to the bare minimum, the Vanish-R is built for the serious runner looking to go fast. A ultra thin midsole offers just enough protection to get you through your race while a firm-yet-flexible Propel Plate launches you forward. Along with an ultra-thin upper and Altra's famous, wide toe box, the flat offers a snug, sock-like wrap with plenty of room to allow your toes to splay.
